Who Are Practical PMO Solutions
   We are a group of highly experienced professional project planners.   We have an average of 20 years experience in planning projects of all sizes across most sectors in Europe and have been involved in some of the largest projects in the UK.  Our combined 'hands on' experience of projects and the planning associated with them has enabled us to develop processes, standards and software that will enhance the quality of the project reporting that is received, as well as saving the project manager valuable mandays each week.

What Do We Do
 We take your plans in whatever format and using our planning and reporting processes provide you with a set of project plans that can be consolidated and reported on. Typical time taken from plan update to published reports is one day.

What Can We Do For You
